On November 23rd up on the beautiful Gold Coast and surrounded by inspirational women, I became a certified Beautiful You Life Coach and I couldn’t be happier!

Becoming a life coach has been on my mind for quite a long time. In fact, the first time I entertained the thought was even before I became a personal trainer 6 years ago! But timing is everything as they say and becoming a coach now, feels like a natural progression in my business. It feels right 🙂

Why I Chose This Academy

When I landed on the Beautiful You website I knew this was the academy for me. Reading the words “heart centered, love filled and for people who want to see their clients shine with self-love, self-confidence and crystal clear clarity” resonated deeply with me. Julie Parker, the CEO, is just the most radiant woman who embodies the message of her academy. She is also incredibly funny, compassionate, knowledgable and is like the Oprah of Australia! I could not think of a better trainer.

We were also so fortunate to have the divine Rachel MacDonald from In Spaces Between as our assistant trainer. Rach has been my coach on and off for 2 years and I cannot speak more highly of her. Being able to meet her in person and connect with her face-to-face was just magical.

 

My Experience

This 6 month course has seriously been life changing for me. As much as I enjoy being a personal trainer and health coach, adding this next layer and veering off into the life coaching direction, has opened up whole new path for me. A path that I have unwavering faith in knowing is perfect for me…this is what I’m meant to do with my life.

My experience throughout this course was transformational.The detail that went in to the course far surpassed my expectations. Each of the modules were rich in practical and actionable content, the bonus interview podcasts were insightful and the live group coaching calls were engaging, entertaining and full of fantastic information.

This course stretched and challenged me personally, taught me coaching skills, gave me more knowledge about business and branding, helped me get clarity on my niche and best of all, gave me friendships and connections with so many like-minded and inspirational women!

 

We had so much support throughout the 6 months not only from Julie, Rachel and Melissa Ambrosini (who was the Sydney girls assistant trainer) but from our coaching buddies (who we practiced coaching with) and all the other women via our Facebook group.

This group was phenomenal. Just imagine having a query that you were able to get help with by 5, 10, 15+ women! The support all the women gave each other was so heart-warming and really added to the experience in such a positive way.

It is only a matter of weeks now until I have the big launch of my new website and eBook, Falling In Love Again: a toolkit for transforming you, your life and your relationships (which will be FREE for 7 days)!
