Tell us three things about yourself.

  •  I am super passionate about inspiring people to live their best life.
  • I LOVE singing, quite loudly – especially in my car.
  • I am a massive hippie at heart.

What’s been the biggest health challenge you’ve overcome and what did you learn from this experience?

Four years ago I was hit with a whole host of health issues from adrenal fatigue, thyroid problems, high levels of mercury, serious PMT, depression, loads of mineral deficiencies, an eating disorder, adult acne, eczema to a serious case of cold sores all over my face, mouth and even down my throat.

The doctors said I needed to take a heck load of medication and drugs indefinitely. But, for me, that wasn’t good enough. I knew I could heal myself and I did.

From this experience, I realised how powerful the body is. Given half the chance and the right environment, it can do magical things.

What’s your top tip for getting your day off to a great start?

The first thought you think in the morning when you open your beautiful eyes in the most important. So, I start my day with meditation, gratitude, and a prayer. This sets me up for a juicy day.

Your brekkie usually consists of…

I always start my day with warm water, lemon, and apple cider vinegar. Then, I usually have a green juice or organic eggs and avocado.

Which foods do you eat to nourish your body and give you vitality?

I eat all organic, fresh, local wholefoods; loads of clean water; wild caught fish; organic, grass fed and grass finished meats. I don’t eat dairy, gluten, processed foods, or sugar.

Why is fitness an important part of your life and do you have an exercise routine?

I love the way fitness makes me feel. I used to exercise because I hated my body. Now, I exercise because I love the way it makes me feel.

I don’t have a strict regime. But, I move my body every single morning whether it’s yoga, Pilates, training with my trainer, or going for a walk.

Your ‘perfect day’ in a nutshell would be…

Every day is a perfect day to me. But a day full of presence, love, joy, deep connections, work I love, play, movement, singing, creativity, hugs and kisses is an awesome day.

Describe what motivated you to choose your current business or career path?

To me it’s not even about motivation. I just have to do it. It moves through me. Its like I don’t have a choice but to do this work.

What business or career challenge have you overcome and what one piece of advice would you like to pass on to others?

The biggest piece of advice I could offer would be that no one is going to do a better job than you. You are your best PR, marketing guru, sales person and cheerleader. I learnt this the hard way earlier on in my career when I thought others would do it better than I would.

Your favourite movie of all time is? And why?

My all-time favourite book is Louise L. Hay’s, You Can Heal Your Life. This was the first ever spiritual book I picked up. It changed my life.
