This would really give me the motivation to get my 20’s body back, completely over having a 30’s figure!

I can’t budget for a fitness program/new gear has been my reasoning for not being proactive with my health and weight loss goals but with all of this taken care off in this generous prize, I’d be out of excuses and on my way to a healthier, leaner, fitter version of me in time for Summer!

    My second part –

It would mean heaps to me to win this – I have recently (within the last year) gone from 120kg to 90kg losing 30kg, I was diagnosed as infertile previously to that, and after getting into the overweight rather than obese BMI zone, I managed to fall pregnant.

Hopefully i can win this prize, and I can continue on my weightloss journey, and lose the baby weight. Thank you so much for the opportunity.

Being very busy at uni this year I have not been putting health and fitness first. This fantastic opportunity would help me get back on track in style and achieve my goals to be the healthiest happiest version of myself, as inspired by Liz.

This is awesome Liz and what a great giveaway! This giveaway would be a great opportunity for me to hold myself accountable. As a dance facilitator, often I am helping others to improve their fitness, and can sometimes forget about my own health and fitness goals.

Having an amazing Lorna Jane wardrobe would help me to feel confident to not only continue inspiring women to dance in a way that feels good for them, but will also make me feel amazing as I work towards my own wellness goals. Taking care of myself has been put on the back burner since I’ve started my business and it’s time to put myself first. Having a Fitness First gym membership and guidance from yourself, I will be able to start leading a life full of vibrant energy and health, so that I can continue to offer this energy to others.

Hi Liz, not sure if this is still open or not, I think I might have missed the closing date but I will enter anyway because it is too good an opportunity not too!

There are two things that keep me alive – my health and fitness routine and my husband. Four years ago I was told I needed to seriously consider a double lung transplant. Cystic Fibrosis had damaged my lungs to the point they were no longer strong enough to keep me alive. This was a truly terrifying prospect. Upon hearing those words my husband and I made the decision to do whatever it took to keep me breathing through my own lungs for as long as possible. My husband discontinued his study, we moved interstate to warmth and sunshine and exercise and diet became our life. I am happy to say that four years on my lungs are mostly keeping their own and have somewhat stabilised however over the last few months a few nasty viruses have seen me spend 7 weeks in hospital. Whenever I get unwell it really knocks my fitness confidence and motivation. It doesn’t do wonders for the self-esteem to be the girl gasping for breath at 5km/h on the treadmill!

My husband has made the team for the Australian Triathlon World Championships that are two months away in Canada. This would be our first proper holiday in years and the honeymoon we never took. My doctors have said I can go only if I can regain the strength I have lost in the past few months. Of course I want this for me but I also want this for him, I want the chance to support the person who has been my biggest fan for the last five years. Although I have the perfect motivation, getting back on the horse (seated bike?) is still really hard, it would be amazing to have that extra little push! It is incredible what looking great in cute gym gear can do for your confidence and most of my close friends are Fitness First members so I would have an awesome cheer squad! I would love to win this to get my fitness mojo back and keep these lungs fighting for myself as well as for my amazing man and the dreams we have together.
