Want to be inspired? Then watch this video of me interviewing Melbourne based personal trainer, Travis Jones, and be inspired by his story! TJ used to play professional Rugby League until he was struck down with a life threatening disease called meningococcal. TJ was in intensive care for three months, flat-lined four times and had kidney failure. Serious stuff!
When TJ came out of hospital he had a string of bad injuries – knee reconstruction, broken neck, torn quad plus others. This forced him to no longer pursue his dream. Instead, TJ decided to help others pursue their dream in the health & fitness industry, and became a personal trainer.
After 10 successful years in this industry, TJ decided to take his career to the next level and opened his own studio, RBT, in April 2011.
In part 2 of this interview, TJ will share his biggest business challenge, his point of difference and his top 3 tips for anyone starting out in this industry. Stay tuned!

That’s an amazing story and how TJ keeps going is incredibly inspiring.
I will remember this story whenever I even consider making excuses about my own success, because any excuse is nothing compared to what TJ has already overcome.
