I decided to swap roles, and be the client instead of the personal trainer! I actually LOVE being trained for a change, and have hired my own PT a few times over the years when I want someone else to push me extra hard. I’ve written about this before when I prepared for a model shoot. 🙂

TJ’s Top 3 Exercises To Get Started And To Lose Fat Straight Away
Like myself and how I train my clients in the first month they start with me, TJ likes to start his clients with circuit training. This is a combo of 3-4 exercises backed onto each other with a rest at the end (TJ recommends a 30 second rest after each exercise, but I prefer to leave the rest till the completion of each set for 45-60 seconds). The exercises are full body exercises generally and would include all or most of the 7 primal body movements. I’ve written about this here.
This Workout Includes:
1. Dumbell curl, squat, press
2. Dumbell push ups (or hands on ground)
3. Dumbell bent over row
Complete 8-12 reps of each exercise, or high reps (13-20) if using water/milk bottles at home. 5 sets!
